Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

The customer requests a refund within 14 days of purchase and has not accessed or completed the training materials.

The purchased training program or service could not be delivered as promised due to a technical issue or error on our part.

Since we provide digital training materials and online services, returns are not applicable. For physical materials (if applicable), refer to the terms below.

If you purchased physical training materials (e.g., printed manuals or safety kits), you may return them under these conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Ship the product back to the address provided in our return confirmation email.

Training Programs and Services

  • Cancellations for scheduled training programs must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee, as detailed in your service agreement.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, refunds for partially used billing periods are not provided.

We are unable to process refunds or returns under the following circumstances:

Training or services provided under promotional discounts or free trials.

Failure to meet technical requirements to access digital content.

Change of mind after purchase (for digital materials).
